Challenge

The owner needed a multi-tenant medical facility supporting imaging, wellness, and internal medicine services. Specialized equipment, shielding, patient flow, and separate suite operations had to be coordinated within one building.

Kent's Approach

Kent aligned construction with the owner's medical equipment procurement schedule, including long-lead and early-release items. The team coordinated lead-lined imaging rooms, multiple clinical environments, furniture, fixtures, and specialized modalities.

Results

The completed facility supports a broad range of outpatient services and opened through a coordinated transition from construction to equipment installation and operation.
