This process is where you will see your dream take financial shape, and the ideas and dreams communicated during the connect process starts to pay off for you.
This process allows for a harmonious blend of budgeting and design concepts providing a dynamic environment that brings vision to the financial viability of your project. This is where we use our expertise to show you a path toward achieving the desired end result.
Commit.
After we’ve proven to you that your dream can become a reality, we join hands with you and a carefully selected design team to embark on the pre-construction effort.
This is also where your project is birthed into a digital format for the first time. You will see the fine details of the project developed and at each stage of design, we will prove the cost of the project. This ensures that the design illustrated is reflective of your financial drivers.
At this point we are humbled once again to be granted permission to start construction as your trusted advisor.
Construct.
The commit step in our process ultimately transitions you and your dream into the construct phase where you will begin to see the tangible, in-place results of all the planning and design effort in our previous three phases. You will have the pleasure of seeing familiar faces in this final step as well as many of the familiar ones whom embarked on this process along side of you. Our systems and protocols will be used to ensure we deliver a product consistent with the results we’ve come to expect for all of our Kent Design Build customers. Our team will continue to listen to your needs as goals and expectations for projects have a tendency to change and grow throughout this phase. When we hand your completed dream over to you we want you to be as proud of it as we are. While projects all have similarities, every time we are asked to participate in constructing a dream, we look at each one as a custom hand made product. They are all put together one piece at a time by men and women whose careers are centered around a quality product that they can be proud to put their names on, the same way you do.
