A complete ground-up 7,500 SF gas station and Subway combined with a 4,400 SF tunnel carwash on the same site. Both the gas station and carwash structures consist of structural steel and wood trusses. The building shell features a brick wainscot with a stucco finish and ACM panel fascia with LED eyebrow lighting. Interior finishes include ceramic floor and wall tile and an exposed wood truss/tongue and groove ceiling. The site includes two 20,000-gallon fuel tanks below both 6” and 8” heavy-duty concrete paving. A standalone fuel canopy was erected, housing 20 fuel pumps set on stainless steel island forms.
