Design Build & Construction.
Construction is what we do, Design Build is our niche. We add value to the projects we are selected to serve in both the traditional “bid build” and Design Build project delivery methods. As the primary stakeholder in your project, you will have a single point of ownership through us on the design development and the construction processes. This transfer of risk and responsibility from yourself to Kent removes another roadblock from the road to building your dream. There is no discount of Architectural and Engineering input to your project by selecting a Design Build approach.
Our ability to work hand in hand with the design disciplines provides a robust communication chain where constructability, cost, and creativity blend into a harmonious end product. We are humbled each time we are selected to serve in the Design Build capacity, and grateful when selected to participate in a traditional bid build approach. We believe that in either capacity, we will provide a service experience that is difficult to match.
