Rocky’s Car Wash Ponchatoula // 4770 SqFt // Carwash

This is a complete, ground-up carwash built in Ponchatoula, LA. The carwash includes a 100-foot tunnel and 20 vacuum bays. Communication cables run underground from the entrance to the tunnel to activate certain carwash equipment depending on which wash is purchased. For each 10 ft of the tunnel, there is a .5 inch rise on the concrete slab. As the tunnel slopes uphill, it also slopes inward toward the main trench. The trench is connected to the water reclaim system.The tunnel includes all typical carwash features: wall of foam, brushes that spin, undercarriage washer that sprays up to clean bottom of car, wax and shine system, ceramic power coating system, drier bay that has multiple fans, and tire shine feature.The entire tunnel is powered in the equipment room.

The equipment room houses the water reclaim system, which recirculates 160 gallons of water per minute. The spot-free rinse is located in a separate tank in the equipment room. The conveyer runs through the use of air, and this system is located in the equipment room as well. This is the second project for this repeat customer and we look forward to more!
