Florida Marine Transporters // 27,300 SqFt // Two Level Office Building

This project is a two (2) level, 27,300 SF office building located in Mandeville, LA. The structure is conventional structural steel with twin CMU stair towers. The center piece of the building is a 35’-0” tall atrium connecting the new building to the existing and actually cantilevers over the roof of the existing building . The building envelope consists of a traditional stucco system, ACM panels, and aluminum storefront/curtainwall. The interior is fit out with DIRTT walls finished with a combination of walnut veneer, anodized aluminum, back painted glass, magnetic markerboards, and Glass.
