State Bank Terra Bella // 4,189 SF // Ground Up Bank Branch

State Bank and Trust in Covington, LA, was one of three (3) branches we have currently built for this client. This was a 4,189 SF ground-up branch featuring two (2) drive-up lanes. The bank was constructed in a new Traditional Neighborhood Development, sometimes defined as New Urbanism, in the Terrabella Village in Covington, LA. This unique neighborhood resembles an old European village with homes and businesses clustered together so residents can walk to shops, businesses, parks, and other important services. State Bank and Trust seized the opportunity to be "the bank" in this village. The structure was a wood-framed bank with a brick veneer and stucco exterior, complemented by a shingle roof accented with ridge tiles. The interior featured ceramic tile and carpeted flooring, adorned with plenty of crown molding, chair rail, wood base, and painted sheetrock.
