A ground-up, 42,000 square-foot pre-engineered building by Butler Manufacturing included a furniture and mattress showroom, office space, a clearance showroom, and warehouse space for a repeat client. Through our design-build services with Ritter Maher Architects, we fast-tracked the project's delivery over a nine-month duration, allowing the client to meet their anticipated opening date and maximize revenue opportunities. The pre-engineered building structure was ordered eight weeks prior to the start of construction to ensure an expedited delivery. The exterior features included a standing seam roofing system, Butler Rib metal wall panels, and a façade composed of stucco, an aluminum storefront system, and brick veneer. The interior boasted painted sheetrock walls, open ceilings with painted structures above within the showroom and warehouse areas, acoustical ceilings in the office, breakroom, and restrooms, Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Tile throughout the showroom, fabric ductwork, and programmable light fixtures.
