The Woodhouse Spa Mandeville // 5,300 SF // Ground Up Day Spa

This ground-up 5,300-square-foot wood-framed building includes 11 massage rooms, a salt therapy room, an infrared sauna, relaxation rooms, and guest locker rooms. Through our design-build services in collaboration with Greenleaf Architects, we were able to provide the client with a building that met their needs and adhered to their trademark standards. Woodhouse is prominently situated within the new Seven Oak Square complex, featuring grand wood entry doors, a traditional three-coat stucco system, and dark bronze trim for a classic appearance. With white noise and tranquil music echoing through the building's speaker system, guests can relax in the luxurious spa, characterized by decorative wood ceilings and elements throughout, bold wall tile, and LVT floors throughout the spa.
