This is a ground-up 3,015 SF post-tension foundation and wood-framed endodontics office for Dr. Chauvin. The project includes a tank storage room, an equipment room, storage rooms, restrooms, MEP rough ins for 4ea. future treatment rooms, 4ea. treatment rooms, a lab, breakroom, offices, a waiting room, and a reception area. Our project team worked closely with Henry Schein, the owner's dental equipment company, to coordinate rough-ins for electrical, plumbing, and in-wall blocking requirements for x-ray, microscopes, dental lighting, sterilizers, and IT equipment.
