This building was constructed on pad site C in the business park at Camellia Ponds. This 3,940 SF, single-story building is outfitted for a Physical Therapy office that also offers Pilates classes and leases offices for Massage Therapists. When building a Physical Therapy office, it’s important to know where all equipment will be placed so proper in-wall blocking can be installed. We also took precautions in the massage therapist rooms to aid in soundproofing to compete with busy road noise and surrounding therapy/workout rooms.
