This is a ground-up medical facility in Broussard, Louisiana. The building is separated into three different tenant spaces: an imaging suite, wellness suite, and internal medicine suite. Each tenant space has its own entrance and waiting room.

The imaging suite includes rooms for bone density, mammogram, and ultrasound scans. The suite also includes a CT scan room and X-Ray room. All walls, doors, door frames, and windows in the CT scan and X-Ray rooms are lead-lined to eliminate exposure from machines.

The wellness suite includes a stress test room, exam rooms, doctors' offices, and a business center. The internal medicine suite is 5,000 sq ft. It includes a large waiting room with 14 ft tall ceilings, exam rooms, and doctors’/ admin offices.
