Lafayette Pediatric Dentistry // 5,618 SF // Pediatric Dental Clinic

This was a design-build project where we were able to be there from the start. We helped keep the client's project on budget while still giving Dr. Guori the space she needed and the opportunity to lease square footage to other closely related specialties.

This project was unique because the previous landowners had already raised the elevation of the building pad, as it fell in a flood zone. We were able to hit the ground running and start construction right away while simultaneously helping the client start the application to FEMA to be officially removed from the flood zone.

We worked closely with Dr. Guori’s dental equipment provider throughout construction, especially at the time of move-in. It was important to have a thorough plan at the time of move-in to minimize downtime, as our client was utilizing existing equipment from her previous building in the new building.
