This design build project converted an existing special procedure room storage area into a new electrophysiology suite. New MEP infrastructure was required including electrical upgrades, medical gas, and HVAC systems. One of the biggest challenges was working in an existing operational lab on the floor below to install new conduit for power and cabling. Interstitial space was limited and required extensive coordination to accommodate new HVAC equipment, medical gases, and structural steel.
