Modern Aesthetics and Functionality: Explore Home Furniture Lafayette

Take a look inside Home Furniture Lafayette – a 42,000 square foot pre-engineered building constructed from the ground up. This project was completed in collaboration with Ritter Maher Architects and the innovative solutions of Butler Manufacturing.

Functionality and Aesthetics

This building includes a furniture and mattress showroom, office space, clearance showroom, and warehouse space for repeat clients. The exterior features stucco, aluminum storefront systems, and brick veneer for a modern look. The standing seam roofing system and Butler Rib metal wall panels ensure durability and visual appeal. Every aspect of the building was designed for maximum customer flow and functionality.

Modern Design

The showroom features painted sheetrock walls, open ceilings, and a painted structure above, creating an open and airy feel to the space. The office, break room, and restrooms have acoustical ceilings, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. You’ll see Mohawk LVT flooring throughout the showroom, adding a touch of luxury.

Innovative features such as fabric ductwork and programmable light fixtures highlight our dedication to modern, energy-efficient design. These elements enhance the aesthetic appeal and contribute to the overall sustainability of the building.

Expedited Delivery

We were able to fast-track delivery of the project in just nine-months, allowing the client to meet their anticipated opening date for maximum revenue opportunities. To ensure this expedited timeline, the pre-engineered building structure was ordered eight weeks prior to the commencement of construction, highlighting our proactive and efficient approach.
