We are thrilled to unveil the BlueSky Store, a comprehensive 11,900 SF facility designed to meet all your convenience needs. This modern establishment combines a 7,500 SF gas station and Subway with a 4,400 SF tunnel carwash, all situated on the same site to provide a seamless experience.
Gas Station and Subway
The gas station and Subway structure is built with durability and aesthetics in mind. Using structural steel and wood trusses, we’ve ensured the building’s robustness. The exterior boasts a brick wainscot with a stucco finish and ACM panel fascia, accentuated by LED eyebrow lighting for a sleek and inviting appearance. Inside, you’ll find ceramic floor and wall tiles that complement the exposed wood truss and tongue-and-groove ceiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Tunnel Carwash
The 4,400 SF tunnel carwash offers state-of-the-art facilities to keep your vehicle in top condition. The structure is crafted with the same high-quality materials, ensuring both durability and functionality.
Fueling Station
The site is equipped with two 20,000-gallon fuel tanks, strategically placed below 6” and 8” heavy-duty concrete paving to ensure safety and efficiency. The standalone fuel canopy houses 20 fuel pumps set on stainless steel island forms.
