Storage Pro Opens its Doors: Youngsville's Newest Storage Facility
Join us for the unveiling of Storage Pro, one of our latest ventures in Youngsville, LA, which has resulted in the creation of a remarkable 20,000 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building, featuring 136 storage units.
When it comes to site work, precision is key. We dedicated ourselves to carefully preparing the site, ensuring it matched the desired height and complied with all zoning and drainage regulations. On the site, we also installed a detention pond to show our commitment to meeting all necessary requirements.
Coordination played a vital role in this project, particularly with multiple trades converging. From the integration of the brick facade to the installation of metal flashing and panels, our team successfully handled the challenge.
Let's step inside the storage facility and explore its remarkable features. As you enter the front entrance, you'll be greeted by a standalone drive-thru canopy, offering convenience for customers to unload their belongings. Inside, the front lobby features an area for the receptionist during regular business hours. Outside those hours, customers enjoy 24/7 access using their assigned PIN code on the owner's furnished keypad lock.
Venturing further into the building, you'll find the storage bunkers, housing the building's key components: sturdy red iron structural framing, partition dividers, and interior liner panels. Additional details, such as white hallway partition liners and burglar bars, were carefully installed by our trade partners. The centrally located bathroom and integrated security cameras further enhance the functionality and security of the facility.
Keep an eye out for the unique feature of this project – the rare five-foot-wide hollow metal doors. These doors required extensive lead time for fabrication, adding a touch of exclusivity to the storage units. Additionally, heavy-duty metal corner guards protect the fresh finishes, ensuring their longevity.
Each storage unit comes equipped with its own roll-up door having an individual latch and lock, catering to diverse customer needs. Notice the open sides of the interior walls? This innovative design choice promotes energy efficiency and climate control within the building, optimizing the storage experience.
