This is a 32,000 SF pre-engineered building by Butler Manufacturing which included a 25,000 SF sales floor, 1,500 SF warehouse, and 1,500 SF office buildout area. The building foundation consists of a post tensioned concrete slab supported by over 400 timber piles. The exterior façade finishes consist of Butler horizontal and vertical paneling, stucco, and masonry. Inside the building, finishes include drywall, paint, LVT flooring, and ACT ceilings. HVAC units were able to be installed, out of sight on a hidden mezzanine framed out above the bathrooms. A distinctive feature of this project was the extensive number of floor boxes embedded in the slab, complemented by an abundance of wall outlets, all carefully coordinated with the owner to ensure sufficient power for all the sales floor displays. Additionally, pegboard was installed throughout the entire sales area to facilitate wall-mounted displays.
