Broussard Service Center // 70,000 SF // Interior and Exterior of Nine Buildings

This project began with an Early Release Demolition Package & Metal Re-Roof Over Existing and then consisted of complete interior and exterior renovations of nine existing buildings. The project also covered various site improvements across the new Lafayette campus location, including a brand new 72,000 SF Utility Pole Laydown Yard. All facilities received upgrades, consisting of a complete re-skin using Butler Wall Panels and a Butler Re-Roof Over Existing Metal Roof System, 11 new overhead doors, and updated MEP systems, along with a new 650KW emergency generator.

This Service Center will be utilized as a home base for the area’s powerline/utility service operations. It was also designed to serve as the region's muster/gathering point for servicemen, especially during emergency situations such as hurricanes.
